We believe in the power and potential of women of color to effect transformative change within their communities and beyond.  In our commitment to fostering empowerment, support, and leadership, we are excited to introduce the prospect of establishing a local Women of Color Empowerment Chapter in your area.

Our Vision

 

We envision a network of addition vibrant, local chapters dedicated to uplifting women of color through collaboration, mentorship, and advocacy.

​

Each chapter will serve as a safe space for connection, empowerment, and personal and professional growth. Through shared experiences, resources, and community support, we aim to amplify the voices and representation of women of color in all sectors of society.

Why Establish A Local Chapters?

​

Community Connection: Chapters will provide a platform for women of color to connect with others who share similar experiences and aspirations.

​

Leadership Development: We aim to cultivate leadership skills, provide mentorship opportunities, and empower members to take on roles of influence in their communities.

​

Resource Sharing: Local chapters will have access to tailored resources, workshops, and events designed to address the unique challenges and opportunities faced by women of color.  Chapter establishment will accompany scheduled training for for year following establishment.

Advocacy and Action: Together, we can advocate for policies and initiatives that support equity, inclusion, and justice for women of color at all levels of society.
